It is now three years since the gutters were cleaned and any necessary ancillary repairs/mainten
ance carried out. We decided at that time to reassess the situation in three years’ time. Based on the current state of the gutters (see photo attached), we have arranged to have all the guttering cleaned.
Work will start next week – Monday 15 May 2017 – with Blocks D and E; then Blocks F, A and B , in that order, finishing with Block C. The contractors will work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and have requested that while they are working on a block, the windows be kept closed.
